Impeach- for a president to be taken out of office because of something bad they did.

Freedmen Women

1. After the slaves were freed, they were worried about basic nessecities 1. Women struggled with a double burden, homestead work and farm work
2. Many slaves went to school after they were freed. 2. The rising numbers of Scalawags and Carpetbaggers concerned the women.
3. Black codes made the freedmen upset. 3. The women are very upset that there were no rights of women.
